Truth is people don't pay top dollar for incomplete products. If you want the most out of your investment make sure it looks it's best. Trust me a sitting house costs a lot more then the extra week you might need to make the finishing touches and clean-up.
Professional photos
Photos are the number one feature buyers' use to determine interest. Did you know... If a buyer eliminates your property for whatever reason; price, photos etc...even if you make changes, there is a low likelihood that they will add that property back into the mix of possibilities.
Staging
Staged properties sell faster and for more money according to the National Association of Realtors. So, if you want it SOLD quickly consider including a staging budget in your rehab.
