Home buyers rate photos as the feature they use most when searching for a home and staged homes sell for approximately 2% higher according to the National Association of Realtors. My goal is to ensure you get top dollar by creating the “wow” factor with charming décor and professional photos.  During the consultation I will work with you to coordinate staging using some of your own pieces and bringing in additional elements.
